The roll paper wrapping machine is suitable for automatic packaging of either core or coreless toilet paper rolls and kitchen tissue rolls.
It can accomplish automatic operations of tissue roll arranging, roll feeding, film feeding, film cut off and tissue roll diverting by using servo drives.
A. Prevent Air Pack Function: If there are no rolls, the machine automatically stops. When rolls arrive, it automatically resumes running. This saves packaging film and reduces production costs.
B. Prevent Cutting Rolls Function: Features self-detection systems. If rolls are misplaced, the machine stops automatically so that the cutting blade will not damage the product.
C. Electric Self-Adjust Cutting Knife Speed: The cutting speed is managed automatically without manual adjustments, providing safe and convenient operation.
