Production Workflow
Washing Machine

Step 1: Washing Machine

Used for fine washing of infusion glass bottles. It utilizes normal water, purified water, injection water, and clean compressed air in a specific sequence to ensure thorough cleaning.

Depyrogenation Tunnel

Step 2: Depyrogenation Tunnel

Laminar flow sterilization tunnel for dry sterilization and heat removal. Reaches temperatures of 300~350ºC with an efficient sterilization time of 5-10 minutes across three zones: preheat, heating, and cooling.

Filling and Stoppering

Step 3: Filling, Vacuuming & Nitrogen Charging

Features high-precision valve filling. Includes immediate nitrogen charging and protection during the stoppering process. Smart sensors ensure "no bottle, no filling" and "no bottle, no vacuuming" to maintain efficiency.

Filling Machine Detail

Step 4: Precision Liquid Filling

Aseptic liquid filling with stable operation. Volume is adjustable via HMI. Equipped with ORABS and stainless steel laminar air flow hoods for high sterility standards.

Capping Machine

Step 5: Capping Machine

High-speed continuous operation for glass bottle capping. Features picking, crimping, and rolling for a smooth finish and excellent appearance with a low damage rate.
