The 3-in-1 filling machine integrates rinsing, filling, and capping into a single system. It is designed for bottling mineral water, pure water, and other non-carbonated drinking water in PET bottles ranging from 200ml to 2L, with a production capacity ranging from 2,000 to 42,000 BPH.

01 / RINSING SYSTEM

Rinser Part

All 304 stainless steel rinser heads feature a water spray style inject design to optimize water consumption and ensure cleanliness.

The 304 stainless steel gripper with plastic padding guarantees minimal bottle damage during the washing cycle. Clean water is pumped and distributed through 14 pipes. The clamp holds the bottle mouth and turns it 180° along the rinse rail to perform internal wall washing.

02 / FILLING SYSTEM

Filler Station

Equipped with a high-precision, high-speed gravity filling nozzle controlled by PLC variable signals to ensure stable and precise liquid levels without loss.

All contact components and liquid tanks are made of finely polished 304 stainless steel, making them scale-free and easy to clean. The machine features a "no bottle, no filling" safeguard mechanism.

03 / CAPPING SYSTEM

Capper Station

Designed with an electromagnetic capping head featuring a load-discharge mechanism, ensuring minimal bottle deformation during capping.

Constructed entirely of 304 stainless steel, it operates with a "no bottle, no capping" system and stops automatically when there is a shortage of bottles. The anti-rotation knife firmly clamps the bottleneck during rotation.

Includes raw water tanks/pumps, silica sand filters, active carbon filters, sodium ion exchangers, and security filters. Utilizes Reverse Osmosis (hollow ultrafiltration) and UV sterilizers.

Produces PET containers for mineral water, juices, and carbonated beverages. Equipped with a double crank mold adjustment, heavy locking molds, and an infrared heating oven for even perform rotation and heating.

Supported by heavy tripods with fans installed overhead. Every inlet has an air filter to prevent dust from entering the bottles. Neck-clamping transport plates guide bottles smoothly into the rinsing system.

Direct coupling between the air conveying duct and the bottle feeding dial wheel simplifies shape changeovers, eliminating feed screws and conveyor chains.
