Working Principle
Working Principle
The big and small screw feeding is adopted; the material is pushed into the buffer hopper by the screw through the frequency converter, and the material is sent into the bag through the feeding screw controlled by the frequency conversion. The feeding amount is controlled by speed and frequency. Once the material bag is full on the scale, its bag gripper is opened through the control system, and the material bag is sent away through the conveyor belt and sealed.
System Workflow
Worker dumping the bag through the bag dumping station with a dust collector to prevent dust fly. The material is sent to the rotary vibrating screen machine by the vacuum conveyor for filtering and screening. Then the vacuum conveyor conveys the material to the ribbon mixer (which can add spray, heating/cooling, and weighing devices). After mixing, the material is conveyed to the storage silo and then transported to the packing machine.
