The machine can be customized for all kinds of fastfood tray, vegetable tray, sandwich tray, tofu tray and other container related food packing. It can automatic cup dropping (according to tray), filling (optional), roll film sealing, two side sealing, straight cutting, cup exiting. The machine use Japan Omron programmable logic controller, CIP automatic Cleaning Barrel, Taiwan pneumatic control components, Intelligent Digital Display Temperature Control System, sealing with high strength, good sealing, and low failure rate.

Features

Driven system: Servo motor with gearbox for the tray molds stepping running, it can move filled tray very fast but avoid material splash because servo motor can start and stop smoothly, and also high positioning accuracy.

Empty tray loading function: It using spiral separating and pressing technology which can avoid the tray damage and deforming, it has vacuum sucker which guide the tray enter into mold accuracy.

Empty tray detecting function: It use photoelectric sensor or optical fiber sensor to detect the mold have or haven’t empty tray, it can avoid the mistake filling, sealing and capping if the mold without the trays, reduce the product waste and machine cleaning time.

Dispenses and stacks trays, boxes, food packaging, containers, cups, plastic pots, and so much more. Numerous tray shapes and sizes including: rectangular; square; round; oval; octagon – any shapes available in the marketplace.

Tray compositions supported include: aluminum; foam; surgical plastic trays; plastic “tubs” paperboard; and much more.
