Working Principle
Vertical packaging machine is a vertical industrial packaging equipment that automatically and continuously completes the three functions of bag making, filling, and sealing. Its working principle is: the roll film is guided by a roller and a tensioning device, and the position of the trademark pattern on the packaging material is detected by a photoelectric detection control device. Then, it is rolled into a film cylinder by a molding machine and wrapped around the surface of the filling tube. First, use a longitudinal heat sealer to longitudinally heat seal the thin film at the interface of the rolled cylinder to obtain a sealed tube. Then the cylindrical film is moved to the transverse heat sealer for transverse sealing, forming a packaging bag cylinder. The measuring device fills the measured items into the packaging bag through the upper filling tube, and then seals them with a transverse heat sealer and cuts them in the center to form a packaging bag unit.
Main Performance Characteristics
The assembly was carried out with meticulous care and precision, every detail being perfectly exquisite. The equipment adopts control systems such as touch screen and programmable logic controller (PLC), supporting independent temperature adjustment for horizontal and vertical sealing.
Its packaging speed can reach up to 100 to 300 bags per minute, and it can handle various packaging films such as laminated materials, polyethylene, and biodegradable materials. The dual synchronous belt pulling film combined with the automatic correction system improves operational stability.
It produces various bag types such as pillow bags, bags with corner braces, block bottom bags, three edge seals, and back seals. Intelligent detection functions avoid empty packages. The machine can be equipped with multiple measuring devices with accuracy up to ± 0.5 grams.
