The TCJ-QZB750 has a maximum packaging speed of 16 bags/sleeves per minute. The overall production capacity for the line stands at approximately 200 sets per year.
The packaging line is designed to wrap paper cups with top diameters ranging from 60mm to 95mm, and paper/plastic bowls ranging from 95mm to 150mm. Other customized sizing ranges can be requested and manufactured.
This system runs efficiently using HDPE and LDPE films. The ideal packaging film thickness should range between 15um and 40um, with a maximum unwinding diameter of 400mm.
The complete automatic line integrates a cup collection station (counting and gathering), a sleeve packing machine, a case erector (inserting cups into cartons), a tape sealing machine to seal the carton, and a final palletizing stacker system.
The standard case erector supports carton dimensions of 350mm to 500mm in length, 240mm to 450mm in width, and 330mm to 700mm in height. Additional carton dimensions can be custom made upon request.
The packaging machine requires a 3KW power supply and an air supply pressure of 0.6MPa. The case loader / erector machine requires an additional 0.8KW three-phase 380V (50HZ/60HZ) power input and 0.6MPa air pressure.
